Terms of Use — Section 2: Transactions and Payments

2.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Pykatellar uses secure third-party payment services including PayPal, Gumroad, Google Pay, and direct banking services in Vietnam. Transactions may also occur through integrated online store platforms such as Steam, Epic Games Store, and GOG.
2.2 Invoice and Record Management
All invoices and receipts are securely stored and encrypted. Users will receive invoices via email and may query transaction records through authorized channels.
2.3 Third-Party Store Purchases
For products purchased through third-party stores, Pykatellar will link and update product status in the User’s Pykatellar account in real time after payment confirmation.
2.4 Refund Policy
No refunds are provided for successfully completed transactions. Refunds are only granted in cases of technical impossibility or proven policy violations.
2.5 Pricing and Product Integrity
Product and service prices are as stated prior to purchase. Once payment is confirmed, the transaction is binding. Lifetime ownership and updates apply only where explicitly stated in the product description.
2.6 Security and Data Protection
Sensitive payment information is encrypted end-to-end. Pykatellar does not store unauthorized personal data and does not engage in invasive tracking. Any tracking technologies or deep analytics will be disclosed transparently.
2.7 Data Access and Device Interaction
Certain services may require permission to import/export data, access local files, or utilize minimal device resources for functionality (e.g., image import, folder write access). Such actions will only occur with User consent.
2.8 Compliance and Legal Obligations
Users must comply with applicable laws and these Terms. Violations may result in account suspension or termination, and legal action where required.
2.9 Chargebacks and Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or fraudulent disputes may lead to immediate account suspension and legal recovery of losses. Users should contact support before initiating disputes.
2.10 Taxes and Fees
Prices may exclude taxes, duties, or banking fees depending on jurisdiction and payment method. Users are responsible for applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise stated.
2.11 Delivery and Activation
Digital goods (keys, licenses, downloads) are delivered via email or account dashboard upon successful payment. Third-party store activations follow the store’s delivery mechanism.
2.12 Promotions and Coupons
Promotional codes and discounts are subject to validity periods and specific terms. Pykatellar may amend or terminate promotions at any time.
2.13 Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (Section 7), Pykatellar may delay or cancel transactions without liability beyond refunding unfulfilled services.
