Terms of Use — Section 9: Definitions

  1. 9.1 “Pykatellar”: Pykatellar Company Limited (Pykatellar Co., Ltd), its brand and managed domains.
  2. 9.2 “User”: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Services.
  3. 9.3 “Services and Utilities”: All products, tools, APIs, and features provided by Pykatellar.
  4. 9.4 “Account”: A User’s authenticated profile used to access Services.
  5. 9.5 “Content”: Any material (text, images, audio, video, code) used or generated within Services.
  6. 9.6 “UGC”: User-Generated Content created or uploaded by Users.
  7. 9.7 “Third-Party Store”: External platforms (e.g., Steam, Epic Games Store, GOG) where products may be sold.
  8. 9.8 “Invoice”: Official record of a completed transaction.
  9. 9.9 “Payment Processor”: Services such as PayPal, Gumroad, Google Pay, and banking partners.
  10. 9.10 “Session”: Server-side and browser state enabling authentication and continuity.
  11. 9.11 “Cookie”: Small text files stored by the browser to maintain state and preferences.
  12. 9.12 “Local Storage”: Browser storage mechanisms (IndexedDB, File System Access) for data persistence.
  13. 9.13 “Blueprint”: Node-based scripting system for interactive behaviors within presentations or scenes.
  14. 9.14 “WGSL Shader”: WebGPU Shading Language code used to process graphics.
  15. 9.15 “WebGPU”: Next-generation web graphics API providing GPU acceleration in browsers.
  16. 9.16 “ECS”: Entity-Component System architecture for modular design.
  17. 9.17 “Force Majeure”: Events beyond reasonable control defined in Section 7.
  18. 9.18 “Personal Data”: Information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.
  19. 9.19 “PII”: Personally Identifiable Information (subset of Personal Data).
  20. 9.20 “Anonymization”: Irreversible removal of identifiers from data.
  21. 9.21 “Processing”: Operations performed on data, such as collection, storage, use, or disclosure.
  22. 9.22 “Controller”: Entity that determines purposes and means of processing personal data.
  23. 9.23 “Processor”: Entity that processes data on behalf of the Controller.
