Terms of Use — Section 4: Resources, Data and Services

  1. 4.1 Scope of Resources
    Pykatellar provides tools and assets (images, textures, 3D models, audio, video, text, WGSL shaders, fonts) for creative and presentation workflows.
  2. 4.2 User-Generated Content (UGC)
    Users retain rights to their UGC but grant Pykatellar a limited license to host, process, and display content solely to deliver services.
  3. 4.3 Acceptable Use
    Content must not violate laws or third-party rights. Pykatellar may remove or restrict content that breaches policies.
  4. 4.4 Data Processing
    Pykatellar processes data to operate, secure, and improve services, consistent with Privacy Policy.
  5. 4.5 Storage and Retention
    Project data may be stored in browser local storage, IndexedDB, or on servers. Retention periods vary by product and legal requirements.
  6. 4.6 Data Export and Portability
    Users may export permitted data and assets when available. Certain proprietary formats or licensed materials may be restricted.
  7. 4.7 API and Integrations
    API usage is subject to rate limits and separate terms. Integrations with third-party platforms are provided “as is”.
  8. 4.8 Service Availability
    Services may be interrupted for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. Pykatellar will provide reasonable notice when possible.
  9. 4.9 Beta Features
    Experimental features may change or be discontinued without notice. Use is at the User’s discretion.
  10. 4.10 License Compliance
    Users must comply with licenses governing assets and tools provided or imported.
  11. 4.11 Security Measures
    Pykatellar employs encryption, access controls, and monitoring to protect data and resources.
  12. 4.12 Resource Usage Limits
    Pykatellar may cap resource usage to preserve platform stability.
  13. 4.13 Removal and Takedown
    Pykatellar may remove content upon valid legal notice or policy violation.
  14. 4.14 Third-Party Dependencies
    Some services rely on third-party libraries and cloud providers; availability and performance may be affected by those dependencies.
