Terms of Use — Section 3: User Accounts and Conduct

  1. 3.1 Account Creation
    Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating accounts. Pykatellar may require email or identity verification before granting access.
  2. 3.2 Account Security
    Users are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activities under their accounts. Compromised accounts must be reported immediately.
  3. 3.3 Prohibited Conduct
    Users must not engage in illegal activities, harassment, infringement, reverse engineering, or actions that harm system integrity or community safety.
  4. 3.4 Multiple Accounts
    Creating multiple accounts to bypass restrictions or obtain unfair advantages is prohibited and may result in sanctions.
  5. 3.5 Impersonation and Misrepresentation
    Users may not impersonate individuals or entities, falsify affiliations, or misuse trademarks and brand assets.
  6. 3.6 Content and Communication
    Users must follow community guidelines in posts, uploads, and messages. Pykatellar may moderate or remove content that violates policies.
  7. 3.7 Suspension and Termination
    Pykatellar may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, or security risks. Certain actions may be immediate without prior notice.
  8. 3.8 Appeals
    Users may submit appeals for account actions through designated channels. Pykatellar will review appeals and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
  9. 3.9 Access Restrictions
    Pykatellar may restrict features or impose rate limits to protect platform stability and security.
  10. 3.10 Data Responsibilities
    Users are responsible for the legality and rights of data they upload or process via Pykatellar services.
  11. 3.11 Compliance
    Users must comply with applicable laws and these Terms. Violations may lead to legal action and cooperation with authorities.
  12. 3.12 Reporting Violations
    Users should report abuse, security issues, or policy violations through official support channels.
  13. 3.13 Third-Party Account Linking
    Accounts may be linked with third-party stores for product sync. Users consent to receive status updates for purchases.
