- 7.1 Definition
Force Majeure includes events beyond reasonable control, such as natural disasters, war, terrorism, government actions, labor strikes, utility failures, cloud outages, widespread cyberattacks, and pandemics. - 7.2 Consequences
Pykatellar is not liable for delays or failures caused by Force Majeure. Obligations are suspended for the duration of the event. - 7.3 Mitigation
Pykatellar will use reasonable efforts to mitigate impacts and resume services as soon as practicable. - 7.4 Notification
Pykatellar will notify Users when feasible and provide updates through official channels. - 7.5 Refunds
If services remain unfulfilled due to Force Majeure, refunds may be issued for the unrendered portion at Pykatellar’s discretion. - 7.6 Alternative Performance
Pykatellar may provide alternative services or temporary measures during Force Majeure. - 7.7 Independence
Force Majeure under this section is independent of fault or negligence. - 7.8 Cross-References
